We sent a complaint direct to Hypnos who sent their own technician who immediately diagnosed a problem with mattress and would recommend it to be replaced. To do this with a Super King size bed in our late 60s is not easy but we endeavoured to do so but it made no difference. Many heated emails to Furniture Village ensued where they claimed it was due to ‘natural settlement’ & we should turn the mattress once a week for 3 months. However after about a week a ridge or hump formed down the middle of the mattress which felt like sleeping at the bottom of a hill. The mattress has a cashmere Cushion Topper sewn on top.
